2008 5K Race - Saturday, June 07, 2008
*A $1.00 processing fee will be added to the entry fee.
Starting Time - 8:00am ... Late registration begins at 7:00am on the day of the race
Location - South Point Park 408 2nd Street West, South Point, Ohio 45680 Directions - East 52 to Solida Road Exit, Turn Right or West 52 to Solida Road Exit, Turn Left Follow Solida Road past Foodfair, Speedway, across the railroad tracks. Make a short right then left onto Davidson Street. Go one block to 2nd Street West and turn right. Follow 2nd Street West to South Point Park (on the right).
Entry Fee - Adults: $15 (19 & up); Day of the race - $20 - Students: $10 (Up to 18); Day of the race - $15
Age Groups/Divisions - 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & Over
More Info - Runners that register by May 17 will guarantee themselves a race t-shirt. All runners will be provided with fruit and water at the end of the race. We will also have prize drawings.

There are 4 sponsorship levels available: White Level - $50 Your business name will be placed on the race t-shirt Blue Level - $100 Your business level will be placed on the race t-shirt and on the football banner. This banner is placed at the stadium entrance during home football games. Gold Level - $150 Your business name will be placed on the race t-shirt, the banner, and the band's trailer. This trailer accompanies the band on all trips across the tri-state, to football games, competitions, and parades. It also follows the band in the parades they participate in. Last year, the band traveled from Columbus, Ohio, to Mount View, West Virginia, and several points in between. Grand Champs Blue & Gold Level - $300 Your business name will be placed on the race t-shirt, the banner, the band's trailer, 5K Race course signage, and 5K Run medal sponsorship recognition. Also, ALL sponsors will be listed on the band's Web site. During 2007, the Web site received close to 9,000 visits.
